November through March (excluding holidays):

Sonoma County Bed Tax - 9%
Refundable security deposit ($350)
and cleaning fee ($85) additional
Good dogs welcome ($50 additional refundable deposit total, not per dog)
2 nights minimum stay
3 night minimum on holiday and special events weekends
4 night minimum for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's
